  • Each jar is meticulously weighed by hand and filled by weight, not volume. This means that you will not receive a completely full (to the top) jar of Shilajit! Do not worry, you have not been ripped off! We choose to provide a larger, easy to use jar to store your Shilajit in. There is no mistake in your order! 

    In addition, every batch and each type of our Shilajit resin is different in texture, viscosity, etc. We source many different types of Shilajit in order to provide you with several options for your journey. The Shilajit that we source is NOT diluted; it is very concentrated. You only need a small amount! When used in smaller dosages over longer periods of time, you will begin to see results. Please keep reading below to see the appropriate dosages for our Shilajit! 

  • For greatest benefit: 

    -Use only NON-chlorinated, purified water with Shilajit (chlorine reacts with Fulvic Acid, the active ingredient in Shilajit).

    -Consume herbs before or between meals for greater absorption. 

    -Try adding herbs to coffee, teas, smoothies, soups or sauces.

    -Try adding our Shilajit to your herbal tea to potentiate herbs.

    -Reseal containers tightly and store in a cool, dry place. 

     

    Dosage for Himalayan Shilajit Resin

    Simply dab a knife or spoon with a rice-size grain amount. Mix into any non-chlorinated water, or favorite beverage, or enjoy straight.

    Suggested Use: 200 mg (0.2g) once per day to start (about the size of a small grain of rice). After a few days, take the same amount 2-3 times per day. Dosage may be adjusted according to your needs.


    Dosage for Wild American / Himalayan Shilajit Drops:

    Suggested Use: 100 mg (10-15 drops) in pure, non-chlorinated water or beverage of choice 1-2 times daily. 

    *Start with a smaller serving size. Larger amounts can be taken once an individual's system has become familiar with Shilajit.  If you experience undesirable detox effects, scale back your dosage, or spread out throughout the day, drink plenty of filtered water, and eat lots of fresh produce to assist detoxification.

  • You may take Shilajit early in the morning, as well as during the day. However, some people may feel energetic when taking it at night or before going to bed. We recommend taking it in between meals; however, you can combine it with a smoothie or liquid beverage. If you are doing sports or exercise, then the best time to take Shilajit is after the workout to help the body recover.

     

    The traditional and the most effective way of taking Shilajit is plain and unmixed. Just place it under the tongue. It should provide you with an immediate burst of wellness, enhanced cognitive function, and a better mood.

    In addition, you may combine it with any beverage of choice or add it into your daily water. What could be a better beginning to the day than a cup of tea/coffee enriched with the pleasure of Shilajit?

  • Please do not expect rapid and serious health changes immediately after taking Shilajit. You may notice an increase in energy and vitality in the beginning. However, it works similar to vitamins, and may take months to notice the changes that develop over time as the body makes use of minerals over time. Balanced small doses or cycled use of Shilajit can enhance the physiological functions of the body by facilitating the movement of mineral deposits to the blood. 

  • If the cap is stuck, run under hot water for about a minute and try again. If the actual resin becomes hard or dry, try to soak the jar with lid tightly closed upright in a warm water bath for about 10-20 minutes. 

    You can also add a few drops of purified water into your jar to help soften the resin. This can be done anytime you find your Shilajit drying out. 

    Clean any Shilajit from the rim of container before resealing tightly and store in a cool, dry place.

    Please note: It is natural for the Shilajit resin to harden in dry // cold climates. There are no synthetics or preservatives added, and the organic nature of this mineral changes with temperature. 

  • Himalayan Shilajit Resin: Suggested use within 2 years of opening.

    Wild American Shilajit Drops: Shelf stable for about 1 year. 

    Himalayan Shilajit Drops: 6 months-1 year


    Storage: The resin may be stored at room temperature. Please note that changes in humidity and temperature will affect the consistency. Keep out of extreme temperature conditions. The liquid Shilajit drops may be stored in the refrigerator to extend shelf life. Because they contain purified spring water, they are more fragile in their stability.

     

  • The environment we source our Shilajit from is pristine and free from pollutants, fertilizers and chemicals. Because the organic nature of this supplement, there are trace amounts of heavy metals naturally.   • Every body is different and responds differently to herbal supplements. It depends on several factors such as diet, consistency of intake, your body’s medical history, your mindset, and beyond. We suggest starting with the lowest recommended dose and increasing from there. With most of our medicines, you will feel immediate results, but it can take up to 3 months to feel a more stable change within your body.
